One of the principal priorities in the corporate
infrastructure of NJMET’s growth to the worldwide electronic
testing industry has been the intense planning of a corporate
expansion in the Republic of China.
In year 2003, strategic meetings were held
together by NJMET Director of Engineering Joseph G. Federico,
President and CEO Giacomo Federico, and Controller
extraordinaire, David T. Black along with key NJMET clientele
worldwide to discuss ideas and probabilities associated with the
expansion of NJMET’s reputable electronic testing and
distribution services in China.
As a result of extensive research in
conjunction with corporate meetings held in New Jersey, Los
Angeles, London, Munich and Shenzen China, Joseph G. Federico
devised a strategy to expand the company’s testing services to
aid electronic component distributors and brokers world wide in
properly evaluating electronic component purchases from the Far
East.
In March 2004, Joseph and Jim Federico
visited locations in Hong Kong and Shenzen, China accompanied by
Customer Relations Manager Ruth Vitale. Additional meetings with
NJMET customers were held in several locations to discuss future
planning. Following this, Joseph Federico presented an
informative lecture series at Electronica China in Shanghai on
the future of electronic testing and electronic component
assistance to independent distributors worldwide.
The objective of the forum was to present
important principals focused on current and future information
with regards to electronic component distribution and compliance
testing geared towards improving overall product business sales,
customer communication and delivery ratings.
